Warranty Statement

1. Coverage

This warranty applies to all AGG Auto products purchased.

2. Warranty Details

2.1 AGG Auto guarantees to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 20,000 km (12,000 miles), whichever comes first. During this period:

• AGG will repair or replace defective goods at its discretion, provided:
  (a) The goods are confirmed defective.
  (b) Proof of purchase is provided.
  (c) Freight charges for shipping both ways are covered by the purchaser. AGG is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

2.2 Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

2.3 This warranty operates in addition to consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), which entitle purchasers to refunds, replacements, or compensation for significant failures or defects.

2.4 To the extent permitted by law, AGG’s liability is limited to:
(a) Goods:

• Replacement or equivalent goods,
• Repair, or
• Payment for repair or replacement.
  (b) Services:
• Reperformance of services, or
• Payment for services to be reperformed.

2.5 AGG is not liable for:

• Additional costs, expenses, or losses,
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages, or
• Loss of profits, revenue, or contracts.

2.6 Warranty services will be carried out with reasonable care. AGG will investigate valid complaints and limits liability as per clause 2.4(b).

2.7 To claim, contact the original reseller or workshop within the warranty period and follow their instructions.

2.8 This warranty is supplementary to rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2.9 This is the sole express warranty for AGG Auto products, replacing all other implied warranties. Implied warranties are limited to the warranty duration, and AGG is not liable for incidental or consequential damages exceeding the product’s purchase price.

2.10 For U.S. sales, some exclusions or limitations may not apply based on state laws.

2.11 For other countries, local consumer laws may override limitations in this warranty.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
(a) Modified or altered goods,
(b) Damage caused by non-standard tools,
(c) Unauthorized repairs,
(d) Misuse, accidents, or neglect,
(e) Claims related to comfort, noise, or harsh riding,
(f) Improper installation or use,
(g) Products with removed serial/part numbers,
(h) Use with components outside recommended specifications, or
(i) Misuse, motor sport activities, or applications beyond design intent.

AGG is not liable for improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance, particularly when the product exceeds its design limits.

NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS DOCUMENT ARE PROVIDED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
